Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we do offer international shipping.

Did Covid-19 affect the process times of shipment?

Unfortunately yes, the Covid-19 pandemic has slowed down the dispatching of all orders.
We are constantly doing our best to keep shipment delays as low as possible.
On average it takes 2-3 working days to process, pack your items.
We will also send you a tracking number so that you are constantly updated with. the state of your parcel.

How can I track my order?

We will be keeping you updated with a real time parcel status, from start to finish.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Credit Card & Paypal payments as we believe that these two methods are the most used.

Why is the received amount less than the refund amount on the order page?

In cases where you are eligible for a refund we will refund the full amount.
Two common scenarios cause you to receive less than the original amount:
Scenario 1: The banks charge a commission fee.
Scenario 2: The exchange rate has changed since the day of the purchase payment 

Are installation guides included?

Most of the parts sold on Pitcarparts “The Site” require basic installation skills as they are direct bolt on parts even though we always advise professional installation.
If an installation guide is included, it shall be mentioned on the product page description.
