Shipping

We dispatch items separately at times. We receive stock from different suppliers at different times of the day and dispatch your items when they arrive to get them to you as soon as possible!
At times we ship our products directly from our suppliers to decrease the delivery times. 

​Confirmation & Tracking of Shipments

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PIT CAR PARTS. (www.pitcarparts.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

PIT CAR PARTS. (www.pitcarparts.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Nonetheless, don’t hesitate to reach out to us as well as we will do our best to sort you out.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For eg. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
